Pep Guardiola insists his Manchester City side gave it their all despite a shock 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth that cost them top spot at the weekend.

“They had chances, we created good chances at the end of the game https://ufabet999.app, but we couldn’t win from the wings.”

“They were very difficult in the first half. We knew how they were going to play. It was right. The boys gave everything because after nine years together, they always do.”

Asked if it was because of injuries, Pep said: “Kyle (Walker) didn’t train with us for 16 days until yesterday. Nathan (Ake) made an incredible effort. It’s not just that (injury).”

Asked how proud he was of going nearly a year unbeaten in the Premier League, Pep replied: “We want to keep doing it, but how many games, how many months have we done that… It’s great.”

“We have another game in two days in Portugal and we will go again,”
